Homeland Safety employs a team of highly experienced construction health and safety managers. They are licensed in the City of New York and their expertise is recognized throughout the world. What distinguishes our safety managers is their commitment to professionalism and the degree of integrity they bring to their respective projects. All of our site safety managers engage in continuing safety training and education. Most of them have advanced certifications and are OSHA authorized safety instructors. Along with their continuing professional development, all of our site safety managers go through a vigorous internal education program, which avails them of emerging technological trends, updates them on changing construction practices, and counsels them in management interface protocols.

The NYC Site Safety Manager refresher course is required every 3 years in order to renew your site safety manager’s license. We discuss changes in the DOB safety regulations and review existing ones. We also prepare and submit your renewal application to DOB. This course is offered monthly. The 40 hour course for Site Safety Manager Apllicants is conducted in April and September in preparation for the DOB exam given in May and October. We cover Site Safety Management topics in detail during this course.

Plumbing and Fire Suppression licensees are required to take a 7-hour continuing education course. Our course consists of seven different modules including safety, regulations, and business development and management issues.
